LES Staffing Support Specialist -Remote

Role Description:
The Staffing Support Specialist is responsible for providing professional and timely support services to onsite staff.
This includes answering onsite event related questions, addressing compensation concerns and responding to general inquiries.
The role critically evaluates each scenario and troubleshoots to provides resolution or partners with appropriate internal team members to solution.
The Staffing Support Specialist provides support through a variety of channels and delivers exceptional customer service to onsite staff.
The role drives onsite staff engagement and satisfaction.
The Staffing Support Specialist is also responsible for supporting the Staffing team with administrative duties as needed.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Provide professional and timely support services to onsite staff via phone, email, and ticketing system.
This includes answering onsite event related questions, addressing compensation questions and responding to general inquiries.
Critically evaluate each scenario and provide resolution or partner with appropriate internal team members to solution.
Escalates critical issues to senior leadership for follow up.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with onsite staff to drive engagement and employee satisfaction.
Support with completion of new hire onboarding; background checks and I-9 verifications.
Support with tracking and completion of staff pre event client security requirements and badging protocols.
Book approved travel for staff and ensure payment exceptions are documented correctly for accurate and timely payment.
Support with auditing and updating staff information and credentials/licensures within database.
Participate in department/cross departmental meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
RequirementsQualifications and Requirements:
1
year of experience in a human resources or employee relations role; strongly prefer experience with medical/healthcare workers.
Experience in employer wellness space and onsite screening/immunizations services is strongly preferred.
Experience with employee compensation and payroll strongly preferred.
Proven ability to provide issue resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.
Demonstrated ability to resolve issues by using independent judgment to assess the situation, quickly formulate potential solutions, and present options for resolution.
Detail oriented with excellent organization and communication skills.
Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
License/Certification/Education:
Normally a BA/BS Degree w/2-4 years of experience is preferred.
Shift1ScheduleM-F 8-5.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
