at least 15 years of total experience in IT Services and in Delivery
a strong experience in Delivery Manager roles for 3 to 5 years
at least a substantial length of recent experience in large I.T. Service companies (at least 8 to 10 years)
strong in SDLC and Managed Service related processes
rich experience in Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile based methodologies (like Scrum)
recent exposure to projects using Agile based methodologies (like Scrum) and any relevant credentials like (CSM and PMI-ACP)
strong experience in Delivery and Operations in an ODC (distributed teams, onsite/offshore, define and implement delivery processes, handle mix of project types and technologies)
experience managing Development, AMS, Testing and BI projects
experience as PM in one or two large Fixed Price Projects (in the last 4-5 years)
experience in managing diverse and large teams; sizes that are in the 150 - 200 FTEs range
accountability for managing Delivery in multiple customer accounts, PMs, programs and projects
experience of at least 3 years in a client facing, onsite project / program management role (preferably in the US)
with excellent customer interfacing skills and proven ability to interact with Senior leadership team from IT and Business in the customer organization
prefer exposure to Hotels, Hospitality and Leisure functional domain

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
