We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter. Please find below the JD for the same.

Minimum of 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with extensive hands on sourcing experience, from a corporate environment in IT Sector
Proficient in diversified sourcing strategies, not limited to portals, social media, networking etc.
Possess problem solving skills with out of the box thinking and solution minded to overcome pressure and challenges
Excellent team worker, with interpersonal and communication skills
Efficient in time management and adherence to timelines

Closely work with business leaders, hiring managers to identify and manage job requirements and develop an effective recruitment / sourcing model
Conduct special recruiting initiatives and instill best practices of recruitment methodologies
Create benchmarks and review mechanisms in a metrics driven environment
Create a healthy pipeline of candidates through tools and methodologies to attract talent in a proactive manner
Assessment of candidates establishing quality model of talent acquisition
Adhere to compliance related matters
Publish MIS capturing metrics / statistics / trends periodically
Masters or Bachelor's Degree in either of the disciplines - Engineering / HR

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
