Our mission on this program will be the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh, or Capital Equipment Replacement Program (CERP) activities associated with the clients' LANs, WAN and UC services.

May lead or provide guidance to small teams that integrate systems and automate common processes and proceduresDesigns and implements integrations/orchestrations of environments using Ansible, Python, Terraform, Azure Cloud Automation, and other automation toolsDesigns and integrates network and other monitoring tools with ServiceNow or other ITSM suitesDesigns and develops end-to-end CI/CD and testing workflows to exercise system, integration, and pre-production validationsDevelops and peer-reviews unit test automation code to verify functionality per requirementsDocuments or reviews documentation of operational proceduresProvides technical supports for existing automation routines, troubleshooting, and error correctionRecognize, justify, and make continuous improvement opportunities for automationIAT II, Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer (CTAL-TAE)Seasoned technical individual contributorWorks independently with limited supervisionMay manage projects/processesCoaches and reviews the work of lower level professionalsProblems faced are difficult and sometimes complexInfluences others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures
Experience:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
