We are looking for someone who is personable and not shy to help create a fantastic experience for all of our patients.
This is a full time Position.
Experience isn't necessary as we will train you on how to use our software and systems.
The perfect candidate is also proactive with their work and pays attention to the details without getting bogged down on them.
A typical day on the job consists of scheduling patients, going over finances, answering the phones, and filing.
The ideal team member must love talking to people, and have the ability and confidence to go over finances with a patient, including insurance, the costs of treatment, have basic math abilities, and be able to collect money from a patient.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
