Job Overview:
We are seeking a rookie baker and food preparation worker to join our team.
As a Food Preparation Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in gluten-free baked goods and sandwich preparation, ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery kitchen.
This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain experience within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing goods and sandwish bread according to recipes - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service - Adhere to all health and safety regulations - Assist with menu planning and recipe development - Support other kitchen staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant is not required - Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment - Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Knowledge of dietary restrictions and gluten-free diets is a plus - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds If you have a passion for food, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply for the position of Food Preparation Worker.
