We're looking for a Hybrid Home-Office Manager/Personal Assistant to support our family, especially as our son transitions from school to adulthood.

Position Overview:
Schedule:
Typically 20 hours weekly, with up to 30 hours initially to accommodate various start-up projects.
Location:
This hybrid role requires flexibility to work from home and carry out hands-on tasks in our home office.
Your Role:
Financial Oversight:
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and cc-bank account reconciliations required.
Mastery of Excel is essential to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
Project Management:
Conduct comprehensive research and oversee projects, particularly those finding engaging activities and programs for a young adult with disabilities.
Routine Development:
Help develop and maintain a structured daily routine that supports our son's transition to adulthood.
Inventory and Sales Management:
Participate in and manage the organization and photographing of items for online sales and yard/garage sales.
Event Coordination:
Research and book family-friendly events and activities.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage daily operations such as scheduling, communication, and detailed internet research.
Required Skills and
Experience:
Adaptability:
Able to manage diverse tasks from administrative duties to personal assistance.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient with modern technology and software for effective online research and financial management.
Organizational Skills:
Expert at establishing and maintaining organizational systems both digitally and physically.
Problem-Solving:
Proactive in anticipating needs and devising innovative solutions.

Experience:
Disability Support Background:
Previous experience with disability support is highly regarded.
Educational Background:
College degree in a relevant field such as business administration or social work.
Compensation:
$35.
