Responsibilities:
Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Handle credit card reconciliations
Prepare and process payments via check, electronic transfer, or other methods
Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
Utilize BlackBaud accounting software proficiently to manage financial data and transactions.
Generate reports and analyze financial information within the BlackBaud system
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including entering data into accounting systems.
Provide general administrative support to the Business Office team, including filing, correspondence, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.
Proficiency in BlackBaud accounting software is essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
