Information Technology Delivery Manager

mroads is looking for an IT Delivery Manager for one of the direct clients in Bethesda, MD. This is a remote opportunity with the client.Job
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the delivery of IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Utilize your Fullstack development experience to provide technical guidance and support to the project team. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and identify potential risks to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned into future projects. Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Fullstack developer with hands-on technical expertise. Prior experience in a project management or IT delivery role is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus. Hands-on experience with technologies such as Java, React.js, NestJS, TypeScript, Nx, GraphQL, Docker and Kafka. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
