Not to mention, they consistently have work rolling in, and have a backlog that goes into 2030!Job DescriptionPlan, develop, and manage all facets of multi-million dollar commercial, education, federal/government, and institutional construction projects.
Project values will range from $20M - $250M on averageDevelop and review project plans & schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budgetCollaborate with project management team, provide support to project manager for plan approvals, building permit issuance, processing plan revisions, and walk throughEnsure project reporting requirements are in accordance with policies and proceduresWork in collaboration with estimators/preconstructionAssess the progress of the project(s) and recommend any changes needed to achieve overall goalWork in collaboration with Superintendent and trade contractors to prepare detailed project scheduleEstablish and maintain strong relationships with project team, internal staff, contractors, suppliers, and vendorsIdentify and develop relationships with potential clientsManage change order processDelegate tasks and responsibilities to subordinate Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Subcontractors.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
