Role Overview:
As the face of our dental financing operations, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our patients' financial experiences are smooth and stress-free.
You'll engage with patients warmly, earning their trust as you navigate them through their financial options and underscore the value of proceeding with recommended treatments.
This role requires a unique blend of professionalism and charm, as you'll be instrumental in both educating patients on the importance of dental health and crafting payment plans that enable them to achieve radiant smiles without financial strain.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a dental practice.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of balancing financial discussions with a touch of humor and warmth.
Proficient in dental insurance matters, billing codes, and procedures.
Familiarity with dental software such as Open Dental or Dentrix is preferred, alongside proficiency in G Suite, Asana, and Slack.
A knack for exceeding patient expectations and delivering outstanding patient experiences.
A proactive, positive, and goal-driven approach, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
Strong team spirit, excellent phone etiquette, and effective time management skills.
