The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, with the ability to balance playful interactions with a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities include safely transporting children to and from school and extracurricular activities (car provided), assisting with light meal preparation focusing on healthy options, conducting grocery shopping, running errands as needed, coordinating and accompanying children to appointments, and maintaining organization and cleanliness in kids' areas.
Additionally, the role involves supporting the administrative team with administrative tasks such as errand running, personal travel booking support, personal expense reporting, assisting with in-home service appointments and other ad hoc administrative needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and genuine love for working with children, a clean driving record and reliable transportation, exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and comfort with pets (they have a puppy).
The ability to maintain flexibility between 7 am to 6 pm, with a weekly schedule provided, is essential.
The family offers a competitive salary ($30-35/hr, negotiable based on experience), a comprehensive health insurance package, and the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment; 10 days PTO & five sick days
