JOB DESCRIPTION Clean Space Pro is hiring dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Cleaning Technician.
As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of various facilities, including but not limited to offices, commercial spaces, and residential buildings.
You will work independently or as part of a team to perform a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Wipe down and disinfect surfaces such as desks, countertops, and door handles.
Refill soap, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers as needed.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and request replenishment as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Two years experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation to travel to different work sites.
