Qualifications:
Preferred experience in roles involving significant resident and community interaction.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Attention to detail.
Proactive team player with the initiative to start tasks.
Strong oral communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma required.
At least 1 year of related experience.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, ascertain the purpose of their visit, and direct them accordingly.
Maintain a log of all calls including caller details and action taken.
Compile and distribute daily lists of on-site contractors.
Manage key sign-outs for residents and contractors, ensuring their return.
Handle mail distribution, file management, and database maintenance.
Process work orders, issue parking passes, pool passes, and resident parking stickers.
Organize resale packages and potentially schedule maintenance appointments.
Order and manage office supplies inventory.
Daily Tasks:
Restock atrium coffee bar and manage office mail.
Answer calls promptly, logging and transferring as needed.
Manage office supplies, placing orders with Staples as required.
Ensure front desk coverage, using service bell for breaks.
Maintain inventory for printing supplies and manage the newsletter printing process.
Register new owners and issue parking passes in compliance with rules.
Stay updated with association rules and policies, and manage key fobs issuance.
Operate office equipment and systems (HandyTrac, office phone system) efficiently.
Contact service providers for equipment maintenance as needed.
Additional
Responsibilities:
Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
This role requires a versatile individual capable of managing diverse tasks with efficiency and a focus on providing excellent service to residents and guests.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
