The position is permanent and requires a candidate with a proven track record of success in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Develop and implement property budgets and financial plans to ensure profitability and growth.
Market properties to potential tenants and negotiate lease agreements that are mutually beneficial.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Manage and supervise a team of property management professionals, including maintenance staff and leasing agents.
Utilize industry-specific software, such as Yardi and MRI, to manage and analyze property data and financials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

years of experience in commercial property management Strong financial acumen and experience developing and managing budgets.
Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, or JD Edwards.
