- Perform general clerical tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer service skills to interact with clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Experience in event planning is desirable.
