The National Solutions Operation is seeking highly qualified personnel to join their dynamic team! As a Content Editor, you'll be appointed with editing intelligence reports to support our DoD customer.

Provide substantive review of intelligence reports, verifying factual information and ensuring suitability for publication to intended audience.
Provide editing for clear and cogent presentation of the subject matter.
Identify errors of fact, factual inconsistencies, and contradictions.
Verify accuracy of statements, figures, illustrations, and subject matter terms.
Compare illustrations, photographs, tables, and charts to ensure continuity and consistency with text.
Check citations against original sources to verify their use.
Edit products for adherence to analytic tradecraft standards of ICD 200-series.
What Sets You Apart:
Desired BA degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Proficiency in a foreign language.
Demonstrated advanced English writing capabilities testing at a 3
in English writing according to the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scale with preference given to 4 or higher.
Demonstrated experience writing serialized reports in the Intelligence Community.
At least one year of experience in performing quality review of serialized reports for accuracy prior to release.
Team player who can communicate effectively with colleagues, addresses tasks quickly and efficiently, and partners on group projects.
Be proficient in standard MS Office programs and able to learn customer or job-specific software programs.
Willingness to work periodic shift work to meet mission demands.
Sufficient technical aptitude to gain a working knowledge of job-required tools and processes (on-the-job and/or formal training will be provided).
You Might Also Have:
Proficiency in multiple foreign languages.
Clearance:
Must currently possess a minimum TS/SCI Clearance.
Ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
Current or recent SCI-level access is a significant advantage and preferred.
Must be able to pass a polygraph and Subject Interview.

00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
