Description Seeking a motivated expert level System Engineer to augment the Program Management Office (PMO) that is entrusted by the U.

o End to end requirements generation to Requirements Management.
o Assessing enterprise needs against current capabilities and generating documentation to support future and current operations and sustainment.
o Conduct architecture analyses, identify capability gaps, and assess solutions to mitigate capability gaps.
o Decompose capability gaps into technical requirements and align these with current technical requirementso Design and prepare technical reports and related documentation and make charts and graphs to record resultso Work closely with systems stakeholders by planning the verification efforts of new and unproven designs in early development life cycle stages to ensure compliance with established requirementso Develop white papers, studies, and analysis tools for internal and external use based on market research and emerging requirements;o Supporting development of technical solutions and architectures, data work flows, plans, work schedules, and success criteria.
o Delivering products in coordination with the agile project delivery teams and participating in briefings with program and government personnel as required.
o Assisting with recruitment of new staff members.
o Other duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications:
o Minimum 6 years' experience and demonstrated knowledge performing as Systems Engineer or deriving system requirementso Experience working within an agile sprint development team environment using Jira and Confluence.
o Ability to creatively collaborate with other program personnel to ensure a unified and well-executed goal.
o Composure and ability to lead with confidence and calmness when faced with competing high-priority projects and difficult decisions and when delivering presentations.
o Excellent written and verbal communications skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other tools.
o TS/SCI CI Poly.
o BA/BS Degree in a Technical field (i.
eInformation Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science)
Qualifications:
o Experience creating and maintaining a Risk Matrix and Risk Mitigation Plan.
o Configuration Management/Change Management experience.
o Knowledge of Jira sufficient to build dashboards and reports.
Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Architecture Change Management Communication Configuration Management Confluence Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
