Duties & Responsibilities Deliver all incoming mail.
Handle/pickup incoming and outgoing mail; handle all packages both business and personal on a daily basis; verify all shipments on invoice before approving.
Assist stuffing envelopes through the stuffing machine.
Logging in and maintaining a package log.
Other duties as assigned.
Selection Criteria Job Requirements (Skills/Abilities):
Professional.
Punctual, dependable and reliable.
Possession of strong organizational skills.
Basic Knowledge of accounting principles.
Basic computer skills.
Customer Service skills.
Ability to work in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow team members.
