We are looking for an assistant manager to help run our business.
Join our team and work with an amazing staff and serve our wonderful customers.
The assistant manager will support our store manager in all aspects of the daily operation of the store.
Hiring, training and enriching our employee's performance Serve and meet our customer expectations while making sure their coffee experience is delicious.
Ensure that all coffee and tea drinks are made with our quality standards, fresh ingredients and recipes followed.
Models leadership in profitable operation of the store.
Implements company standards and policies, maintains safety and security of caf .
Helps with ordering, inventory levels and making sure all products are served fresh.
Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the store, including all equipment.
Make sure all equipment is functioning correctly and report issues to manager or owner.
Enjoy working with our staff and customers while drinking the best coffee in town.
No late nights! Hours of Operation are 6-6 Sunday-Thursday and 6-7 on Friday and Saturday Requirements:
