50 an hour 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago Moskowitz Chiropractic is growing and we are looking for someone to join our team! We are a positive, hard working, family-owned Chiropractic office located in Bethesda, MD seeking a part-time office assistant/receptionist.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
greeting patients, answering the phone in an upbeat manner, collecting payments, making copies, filing paperwork, creating folders, maintaining patient records, showing patients to their rooms, keeping supplies in order, keeping waiting room tidy, and assisting doctors, office manager, and finance manager as needed.
Requirements:
organized, self-motivated, multi-tasker, prompt, excellent communicator, honest person.
Must have a high-school diploma and office experience.
Must be proficient in computers and technology.
We need someone who is very well spoken, has a positive attitude, learns quickly, is high energy, and is very detail oriented.

Proposed hours include:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday:
8 AM - 1:
30 PM & some Saturday hours from 9 AM - 2 PM.
Looking for someone with flexible hours for possible coverage throughout the week.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
