Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant (Hybrid) to join our growing Human Resources team.
This role will require four days of in-office presence in our Bethesda, MD office, with one day working remotely.
As an HR Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and leadership team with various administrative tasks.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities Support various HR initiatives and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on diverse tasks.
Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Organize and maintain electronic employee files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
Generate routine reports, maintain dashboards, and assist in HR data analysis as requested.
Assist in tracking employee training completion and maintaining training records.
Assist in planning, logistics, and coordinating travel arrangements for leadership team meetings, conferences, and other company events both on-site and off-site.
Collaborate closely with the leadership team to provide administrative and logistical support for a variety of projects.
Assist with office meeting logistics at the Bethesda location, including room set-up, technology support, and catering arrangements.
Receive, sort, and scan incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist in managing office supplies, restocking items, and placing orders when necessary.
Qualifications Associate's degree or higher in HR or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within an HR department.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using various software and technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint to create dynamic and professional presentations.
Adaptability to work both remotely and in an office environment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
