Responsibilities:
As Senior PeopleSoft ERP Product Specialist for HCM, the HCM ERP product specialist serves as Functional Analyst, Developer, and Task Manager with the following responsibilities specific to the Automate ADA IA Compliance process and other HCM Enhancements (HR & Recruitment):
Perform Business POC & Requirements Gathering Perform detail requirements analysis & create Functional Specs Prepare Project Plan and Weekly status meetings & reporting Conduct Business & IT Users Meetings Develop Test plan & Test scripts, create test data & perform System testing Coordinate UAT, TWG / IT CCB artifacts and approvals Track status to ensure on time deliverables Coordinate Prod deployment, Post deployment support activities

Experience:
Bachelor's degree and five years related experience to HCM ERP Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
Solid understanding of HCM Business processes Project Management skills PS HCM Functional expertise Solid PS technical skills and 5-10
yeas hands on experience Good communication skills Hands-on experience in RDBMS (Oracle) SQL & PL/SQL development and Reporting Expert PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS 9.
