Intelligence Services Lead

Description Leidos is seeking a Intelligence Services Lead for a large ODNI program intelligence integration, studies, evaluations, analysis, performance and resource management support for a workforce in excess of 270 strong.
The Intelligence Services Lead must demonstrate a high-degree of proficiency with respect to organizational, writing, interpersonal communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
Duties include:
Manage a team to include analysis, intelligence management and intelligence production at multiple locations Ensuring that all day-to-day contractor activities within their respective functional area are performed and completed in a timely and efficient manner without compromising the quality of support or the quality of deliverables.
Communicating and collaborating with Government customers and assigned Govt Task Managers.
The management and technical lead for Leidos Team staff performing functions in support of the customer.
The Lead is responsible for providing senior-level expertise to the analysis, intelligence management and intelligence production The Lead leads or directs the work of contractor personnel to meet the requirements of team in conjunction with other Directorates and offices within the organization.
This role is responsible for setting and establishing the team's performance goals, providing execution guidance and support to mission personnel to meet task commitments and deliverables.
The Lead is responsible for on-time, high-quality product delivery and leads continuous process improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications The Intelligence Lead shall have experience working with intelligence analysis, intelligence production, or intelligence management.
The Intelligence lead shall have experience working as a team lead or manager.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

years' prior relevant experience or Masters with 6
year's prior relevant experience.
Generally has 4
years' experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
Experience in a Completion Based/Deliverables based contract Security Clearance RequirementMust have an active TS/SCI with a polygraph in order to be considered for this position.
Desired Qualifications Experience managing a subcontractor team, with subcontracts of various types and complexity Experience in the IC Pay Range:
Pay Range $118,300.
00 - $213,850.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
