SharePoint Developer with Security Clearance

o Design and implement SharePoint solutions to support customer operations based on Government approved requirements.
o Apply best practices for design and leverage knowledge of the Microsoft SharePoint solution stack and enterprise application integration involving portals, collaboration, enterprise content management, business intelligence, business process enablement, and forms.
o Maintain documentation and configuration control of SharePoint solutionsCoordinate with IT and Security to ensure compliance with policy and procedure.
o Create solutions in SharePoint using out of the box configuration and front-end Web development technologies.
o Solicit requirements from each Government Functional Lead and document all requirements for approval.
o Create and maintain a governance structure and any applicable SOPs.
o Present customized solutions for Government approved requirements.
o Pilot Government approved solutions with applicable staff and make appropriate adjustments required to gain Government acceptance of implemented solution.
o Create& host training seminars/guides for employees and support staff on how to use each SharePoint tool.
o Maintain the SharePoint toolsRequired Skills and
Qualifications:
o To be eligible for this position you must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
o Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university (or 5 equivalent years of experience) and 4 years of IC experience in related functions.
o 8
years of experience with developing SharePoint 2013 Out of the Box (OOTB) solutions.
o 3
years of experience with SharePoint Online (SPO) and Power Platform Apps, including Power BI, Canvas or Power Automate.
o Experience conducting data gathering, research, and analysis, designing and developing recommendations, and communicating through verbal briefings and written documents to provide clients with solutions that deliver value.
o Experience with management consulting, including the practical application of strategic frameworks, methodologies, and approaches to address organizational challenges.
o Experience building understanding of communications and collaboration technologies within the organization through the creation of self-service options.
o Ability to work within a dynamic project landscape independently or in a team setting.
o 5
years of experience working in the Intelligence CommunityDesired Skills and
Qualifications:
o Experience using code-based solutions, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for SharePoint 2013, 2016, or Microsoft 365/SharePoint.
o Knowledge of DoD Research organizations and processes.
o Experience working across two different SharePoint environments, with different administration requirements.
o Ability to pay strict attention to detail.
