Senior Mobile Test Engineer (SDET)

Are you passionate about software quality, test automation, frameworks and tools? Brivo is seeking an ace Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to help us ensure the mobile user experience is an epic one.
We are recruiting candidates that are open to traveling to our Bethesda, MD office 1-2 times a quarter (every three months).
In this role you are expected to:
Identify, design, and deliver technical solutions (frameworks, tests, API hooks, tools) increasing test effectiveness and coverage, while reducing the cost of test execution.
Lead the execution of test cases through both automated and manual tests.
Own quality reporting, defect diagnostics, and software release sign-off.
Implement metrics, analyze test data and results to identify patterns, report on risk status to stakeholders, and influence software quality.
Build custom scripts and tooling to enable testers and engineers to test challenging mobile scenarios Assist with troubleshooting production problems, root cause analysis, and debugging Champion Brivos commitment to quality and core value We deliver Collaborate with cross-functional teams based in US and Europe (UTC+2) About the TeamMobile First is at the core of Brivos success in access control and facility management.

We are spinning up a new mobile engineering team to join our existing world-class mobile development practices.
This new team will drive several core platform initiatives critical to multiple mobile apps.
About You 5
years of professional experience as a test engineer Fluency in mobile test frameworks such as Appium Proficiency with Kotlin (to write cross-platform automated test scripts) Expert with testing practices, including regression, acceptance, functional, and load testing Hands-on experience in the architecture and creation of automation frameworks, test harnesses and/or QA focused tools Experience with performance and stress testing Strong problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with intuitive understanding of how to manipulate, analyze and interpret highly complex data Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Optional experience to make you stand out:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
