Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to development and implementation of Agency budgets.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Financial Services Budget Analyst In-depth knowledge related to one or more of the designated:
Conduct budget analysis of financial data calls and portfolio reviews.
Development and evaluation of fiscal program builds.
Coordinate with other Agencies.
Develop spend plans, tracking spending and execution, documenting financial commitments, obligations, and expenses.
Draft inputs to the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) to CongressParticipate in the Intelligence planning, Programming, Budget, and Evaluation (IPPBE).
Basic
Qualifications:
TS/SCI with PolyDemonstrated experience with either budget formulation or budget execution activitiesDemonstrated experience with budget analysisDemonstrated experience with IPPBE processesExperience with working in the Intelligence CommunityMinimum 12 Years work experience related to the technical requirement; Minimum 5 year working with or in the IC Pay Range:
Pay Range $105,300.
00 - $162,000.
00 - $218,700.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
