Deputy Program Manager

ARServices is looking for an experienced, dynamic Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to support a multiple-award IDIQ contract that provides communication goods and support services to customers across the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
The successful candidate will have a considerable background in designing and implementing communications programs and will demonstrate experience and superb competence in managing large teams and complex operations.
Principal Duties The DPM will work in close, daily collaboration with the Program Manager (PM) and will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating program policies.
The DPM will oversee the daily execution and operation of programs.
The DPM will be involved in recruiting personnel and establishing, reviewing, and improving program organization (as necessary) to provide effective contract support.
Other responsibilities include but may not be limited to the establishment of goals, objectives, performance requirements, and other standards, (e.
g.
, accountability).
The DPM will be the secondary corporate interface with the NIH client and among any subcontractors.
The DPM will support the PM to ensure contract compliance (e.
g.
, deliverables, standards, etc.
) and will work with the Government's Contracting Officer (CO), the contract-level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the task order-level COR(s), government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
Under the guidance of the PM, the DPM will be responsible for the overall management of any specific task order(s) and will ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

The DPM will coordinate task execution among all staff, including any subcontractor staff as necessary for program execution.

Task Management:
The DPM will ensure contract compliance and deliverable schedules for projects, including media, marketing, graphics, website design, video production and other communication activities, outreach, market research, and analysis.
Schedule Management:
The DPM will be responsible for ongoing coordination among various teams to ensure deliverables are provided on time.
Risk Management:
The DPM will be responsible for working with all staff to identify program risks while keeping the PM appraised and supporting risk assessment activities.
The DPM will support the PM in managing other program areas following the Program Management Institute (PMI) Body of Knowledge (e.
g.
, quality management, scope management, etc.
) Scope NIH and its HHS partners will use this contract to purchase communication, evaluation, and social marketing services.

A.
/B.
S.
degree in business or other related discipline.
Candidates must also have a minimum of (12) years of experience of which at least (7) years must be specialized in project development from inception to deployment and demonstrated capability in managing multi- task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
Desired Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills Prior experience in healthcare communications and/or policy Experience obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating complex textual and/or quantitative information to make comparisons among alternatives or to make recommendations to improve processes, operations, or policies Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project Ability to quickly learn to use new IT systems and software Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Certified Project Management Professional Coaching And Mentoring Contract Management Curiosity Databases Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
