DutiesServe on the National Intelligence University faculty within the National Intelligence and Security Enterprise Department, focusing on teaching core and elective courses, and conducting research in his/her area of expertise.
Teaches core and elective courses in the NIU degree program, with strong collaboration with Program Directors, faculty colleagues, and the Dean.
Serves as subject matter expert on intelligence resource management processes, issues, and challenges in the U.
S.
intelligence community.
Develop, Deliver, and Assess strategic intelligence education within the NIU, improving courses within the approved curricula for all NIU degrees.
Serve as a thesis committee member for student research.
Engage with the Intelligence Community to bring the most current issues in intelligence into the classroom.
Participate in outreach activities to broaden IC and academic visibility on NIU.
Teach graduate-level courses in intelligence resource management and related fields, as well as other courses depending on expertise and the needs of the University.

Applicants must have current TS/SCI clearances with polygraph or have the ability to obtain one.
The ODNI does not conduct polygraphs or provide security clearances for detailees.
QualificationsMandatory Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in Intelligence Community resource and budgeting processes including the National Intelligence Program (NIP), Military Intelligence Program (MIP) and the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Evaluation (IPPBE) system.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience applying leadership and resource management principles in a range of organizations at various echelons.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner that is targeted to, and meets the needs of, diverse audiences with different perspectives and objectives.
Demonstrated experience in academic research and scholarship, with significant contributions to the study of resource management topics affecting intelligence collection, analysis, and related activities.
Experience teaching and presenting (including, but not limited to, college or university teaching) on intelligence resource management topics in the context of intelligence organizations or activities.
Successful completion of a full course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a Master's Degree or higher that included or was supplemented by study or work experience in a subject-matter field appropriate to this position.
Desired Requirements:
Completion of a Master of Public Administration (MPA), or a doctoral degree in the same or similar disciplines from an accredited college or university.
Knowledge and experience in operations research, decision sciences and business analytics.
Experience as a leader or manager within the intelligence community, including but not limited to resource management, in either military or civilian organizations.
A significant publication record on resource management topics.
EducationMaster's Degree.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
