Health IT Project Manager Lead

Piper Companies is seeking a Program Lead for Health IT solutions at a leading government contractor to advance life sciences research, public health, and care, including informatics, clinical informatics, and public health informatics, for Federal Health clients.
In this role you will lead programs and teams focused on clinical information, regulatory compliance, and quality management solutions, apply innovative solutions to address business needs from research communities, assemble teams who effectively align IT and life sciences requirements, drive software modernization, address client challenges, and develop talent.
Additional responsabilities include project staffing, project planning, project financials, and staff direction and oversight.
You will meet regularly with government program manager to discuss performance, propose initiatives, and establish priorities.
Assume responsibility for leading and supporting capture, proposal, and business development activities.

years of experience managing Health IT software delivery programs or projects, including for U.
S.
Federal Health and research-based clients Experience with clinical research or trial management, life sciences, computer systems validation, health informatics, regulatory, or bioinformatics concepts, processes, systems, standards, and solutions, including electronic data capture (EDC), clinical research management, trial master file (TMF), electronic common technical document (eCTD), good manufacturing practice (GMP), or laboratory information management systems (LIMS) Experience developing and maintaining tools and technology in clinical research operations, life sciences, and data standards, including CDISC Experience in shaping and capturing business development opportunities and leading and supporting proposal efforts, including capture lead, solutions lead, teaming, and pricing Ability to work with client organizations to translate business needs into a technology or management strategy and solution, making use of industry-standard and available platforms and technologies within the client organization Ability to manage multiple project tracks, adjust quickly to shifting priorities, solve problems, and deal with a variety of options in complex situations Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Life Science, Engineering, or Computer Science Additional

Experience working for US Federal health clients Experience with large-scale health data sharing solutions Experience with HHS Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) compliance and Agile software development Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and senior government clients Master's degree in Public Heath preferred; Doctorate degree in a Biomedical or Life Science discipline Compensation:
$180,000 - $220,000 depending on experienceFull
