Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager:
Traumatic Brain Injury Department, Walter Reed Military Medical Center's NICoEFor immediate hire:
Full time, civilian Registered Nurse for the Case Manager position in support of the Traumatic Brain Injury Department.
The qualified Registered Nurse will have a minimum of 2 years of direct Case Management experience with individuals and groups with complex, catastrophic, chronic or life changing injuries or TBI.
Typical schedule:
Full time, 40 hours/week
Monday - Friday
No on-call

Provides case management, care coordination and discharge/disposition planning for outpatient care settings
Coordinates care with multiple providers across all levels and sites of care
Evaluates care and outcomes to ensure timely and appropriate provision of servicesMust have:
Possess an Associate or Baccalaureate degree from an accredited nursing program
Valid Registered Nursing license from any US jurisdiction
Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from an American Heart Association Program
Minimum of two current years of Case Management experienceID:
