Account Manager (Hybrid): Renewable Energy experience required

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to play a key role in our company.
This opportunity will allow you to use your creativity and innovation in the continued growth of our energy efficiency practice.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesoIdentify, qualify, audit and sell energy efficient lighting, transformer, VFDs/motors and mechanical improvements, among others to current and prospective clients.
oUtilize existing relationships to strategically develop opportunities for sales activities and company growth.
oMeet quarterly and annual sales quotas by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
oConducting on-site energy assessments, quoting energy efficient lighting solutions and winning the business.
oAssist with preparing proposals and sales quotes.
oConduct accurate and complete lighting assessments by collecting existing data to recommend the proper energy efficient measures and generating a detailed proposal based on findings.
oTravel to projects as needed.
oPerform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
oBachelor's degree (Masters' degree preferred) in Engineering, Business or related field.

years of energy sales and marketing experience including Design Build, ESCO, ESPC, energy audits, energy monitoring, engineering, demand side management, solar, bio-mass and/or renewable technology solutions.
o5
years of industry experience in lighting retrofit, energy efficiency, or similar fields.
oIn-depth knowledge of energy efficiency.
oProven ability of expanding client base through identifying sales leads and customer energy needs.
oProficiency in Excel and other analytical software tools.
oStrong written and verbal communications skills in English.
oUnderstanding of building efficiency/sustainability solutions.
oStrong presentation and communication skills.
