00 pmThe Member Services Coordinator position is hybrid-remote requiring that you work on-site at our Bethesda, MD office two days a weekPosition may require that you work additional days on-site when short-staffedThis is a part-time, contract positionYour contract will be with Total Merit Solutions, FLEOAs current Association Management CompanyCore Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to clientServe as liaison between members and clientUpdate and maintain client membership databaseParticipate in client events and activities to meet and greet members and offer assistanceCoordinate the membership renewal process, including invoicing and new member intakeDistribute monthly member services reports to clientSupport occasional large-scale mailings to membershipCreate email and social media marketing materials for clientOther duties as assigned Education and Experience Bachelors Degree preferredExcellent oral and written communications skills are requiredStrong MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are requiredProven attention to detail is crucialAbility to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervisionPandoLogicCategory:
