DESCRIPTION OVME Patient Care Coordinator OVME, pronounced of me, is a retail medical aesthetic company that connects aspiring men and women with skilled health care providers in select cities nationwide.
OVME combines an innovative, direct-to-consumer mobile platform with contemporary yet welcoming retail boutiques to deliver high quality minimally invasive cosmetic services.
Our team is composed of creative caregivers who provide solutions for age appropriate skin health.
We believe the needs of the medical aesthetics consumer have evolved beyond the industry landscape.
Patient Care Liaison Responsible for creating an unrivaled customer experience for all patients Respects OVME culture, and abides by OVME Culture Guide Maintains an expert level knowledge of all company products and services as well as competitive products and industry trends Acts as the point person for all in studio patients from escorting them within the facility to providing both pre-and post-procedure guidelines for care, recovery and optimal results Maintains detailed records within the company's patient management system with regard to patient procedures, outcomes and other required medical input With the Studio Manager, coordinates customer post visit product swag, samples and giveaways Manages individual patient consulting as needed for company products and services Proactively and within the context of individual patient needs, cross-sells other company products and services on a consultative basis In coordination with specialists and nurses, supports the maintenance of the OVME aesthetic within procedure and consult spaces In coordination with specialists and nurses, ensures procedure and consult spaces are maintained in a healthy and clean manner Reports to Studio Manager.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
