Intake Assistant - Personal Injury Law Firm - Evening and Weekend

Bilingual, Spanish speaking candidate preferred.
This is an important role in a fast-paced environment that is responsible for managing new client intakes and providing assistance to Firm attorneys and staff when needed.

Duties:
Obtain pertinent information from new clients, including case description, treatment status, doctor appointment information, changes in medical care and/or work status, documents and records information, and the like during the intake process.
Open and follow up with potential new clients via calls, emails, and text messages Refer clients to specialists for advanced treatment as appropriate.
Identify and complete daily tasks related to the management of each case, documenting notes in Firm case management system (Needles).
Answer telephone, screening and directing calls in a professional and upbeat friendly manner to appropriate Firm staff and/or attorney.
Schedule appointments to meet with clients for intake or create and email intake questionnaire through Adobe software Qualifications and/or requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Must be able, willing and available to work week nights and weekends MON - FRI ( 3pm - 9pm) Saturday (9am - 6pm) Sunday (9am - 5pm) (Days off can be flexible and may be able to get coverage for your shift) Please do not apply if you have another job and hours will conflict.

Must be able to multi-task and handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all levels of Firm personnel and the public Must be open to always learning something new and positive constructive criticism Excellent organizational skills Strong client service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive and enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated professional Detail orientated and motivated Data entry proficiency and computer skills - Word, Excel, etc.
Ability to keep case notes current and documented appropriately Ability to follow direction and use initiative to complete tasks Team player Good attendance Experience with Needles software a plus High school diploma or equivalent at minimum For immediate and confidential consideration, qualified candidates should submit a resume and cover letter.
