Education:
The Program Manager shall have, at a minimum, a graduate degree (master's degree or above) from an accredited college/university, in computer engineering, electrical engineering, communications management, computer science, information technology, or communications systems. The Program Manager may substitute nine years of relevant professional experience (in addition to the experience required below) for the graduate degree requirement. Certification:
In lieu of the graduate degree, the Program Manager may have one of the following certifications:
Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI) 4012- 4016 Certificate; National Defense University (NDU) Chief Information Officer (CIO) Certificate; Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certificate; Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certificate; GIAC Security Leadership Certificate (GSLC); CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) Certificate; Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) Certificate; Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certificate; or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate. Work
Experience:
The Program Manager shall have at least 15 years of general management experience, ten years of which is desired in project management in support of network management projects. Work experience shall also include/demonstrate:
- Planning and directing tasks; - Determining resource requirement and costs; - Preparing schedules; - Assigning work to subordinates; - Monitoring progress of task and preparing progress reports; - Reviewing products before they are delivered; and - Communicating with all levels of management orally and in writing.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
