ANSER is seeking qualified candidates to support an Intel Community client. As an analyst on this contract, you will support working groups with other Agencies discussing services of common concern and other enterprise software, hardware, and services solutions. You will provide SME support to the acquisition workforce in assessments and recommendations. This position will also require you to plan and execute studies, working groups, projects, and other activities to inform procurements. This includes performing technical research and analysis, and preparing reports or presentations to address ad hoc taskings and requests. This analyst will also review acquisition strategies, contracting strategies, RFPs, determination/findings, and other relevant documentation to ensure sound contracting practices are employed. Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Contracting, Economics, Business, Law, or similar field. Twenty years or more of experience as a Government Contracting Officer Experience in pre-award/ post-award activities Expert knowledge of federal contracting regulations, policies, and procedures Experience as a Contracting Officer within the IC Experience planning and evaluating procurement and contracting programs and operations Experience in developing and recommending policies, procedures, and guidelines in support of federal procurement and contracting programs Experience managing a group or team of contracting officers Level III DAWIA, FAC-C, or equivalent certification TS/SCI w/ poly
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
ProcurementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
