Provide technical support and expertise on program management and procurement topics to customers and working groups. Identify risks, issues, gaps, or opportunities for currently funded or proposed programs/services, along with their capabilities to satisfy existing and future requirements. Interact with external Agencies to ensure cross-Agency programs/services are integrated to facilitate prudent use of resources. Organize, facilitate, and participate on behalf of customers in relevant studies, working groups, projects, etc. Deliver in-depth assessments and recommendations on procurement topics of interest. Develop and present briefings to communicate results of analysis performed. Evaluate procurement, acquisition, and programmatic strategies to ensure sound practices are employed. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Program Management, Acquisition, or related field Ten years experience providing acquisition support within a Program Management Office (PMO) Ten years experience planning or facilitating cross-organizational forums (working groups, panels, etc.) within a PMO in the IC Ten years experience interpreting and applying Federal, IC, and DoD policies, guidance and laws Knowledge of the IC structure and IC member organization roles, and internal structures for contracting, acquisition, and program management TS/SCI W/ Poly
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
ProcurementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
