Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition
.
Responsibilities include: As a member of the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE), the Senior Manager will work closely with the Senior Director and other members of the TA COE to evaluate the current use of talent acquisition processes and tools, analyze metrics and qualitative data to monitor performance and compliance, and support the implementation of process improvements. This position will also support the development and launch of new programs and technology to meet the organization's talent acquisition needs.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree (Business, Human Resources Management or other related field) required; Master's degree a plus
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR-related role (e.g., talent acquisition, recruitment, HR data analytics, HR consulting, change management).
Demonstrated technology skills in MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau (or similar) and MS Project (or similar)
Current with Talent Acquisition and business trends and best practices.
Experience providing solutions to or consulting with a global, multi-generational audience.
Experience with talent management and onboarding systems (e.g., Taleo, SuccessFactors) a plus.
Prior consulting experience preferred.
Knowledge or experience in RPO preferred.

Experience in planning and coordinating small to mid-sized projects.
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad group of stakeholders.

Demonstrates a high degree of integrity in dealing with sensitive information.
Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor even when faced with conflict or change of direction.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
