Director, Creative Development

Responsibilities include: The Director, Creative Development strategically and creatively leads a cross-discipline creative team in the development, production, and post-production of creative assets, marketing materials, campaigns, and entertainment content in all formats including digital, tv, film, podcast, live programming and other story driven and episode creative. This leadership position requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and creative ideation to work internally with brands, continents, disciplines, and the creative community externally including key influencers, production companies, agencies, and other partners globally.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Preferred
4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major
8
years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.
Prior track record of development and production of consumer engaging creative assets, campaigns, marketing collateral, etc.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Managing Work, Projects, and Policies
Leads the development of original programming in all formats, including web, digital, film, radio, music, and beyond.
Has strong experience in working with the Hollywood creative community, agencies, talent, and production companies
Provides creative leadership and inspiration to a team of creative talent to develop and produce creative and content for all screens/formats.
Partners with brands to develop new creative and content ideas for campaigns and other creative collateral
Ensures creative team delivers creative work that is innovative and customer centric (provides value, informs, entertains).
Works closely with editorial director, MLive, etc to develop on the fly creative.
Coordinates, assigns, and implements work and projects, leveraging the use of the creative talent.
Delivering on the Needs of Key Stakeholders
Understands and meets the needs of key stakeholders through development and production of creative assets, campaigns, collateral.
Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
Determines priorities, schedules, plans and necessary resources to ensure completion of projects on schedule.
Collaborates with internal partners and stakeholders to support business initiatives and strategies.
Communicates creative concepts in a clear and persuasive manner that is easy to understand.
Demonstrates an understanding of business priorities and consumer engagement needs to develop the right ideas and channels for delivering creative for projects, brands, and products.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
