Senior Director, HR Reporting.
Responsibilities include: Provides leadership for the enterprise HR reporting function working closely with HR continental leaders, Center of Expertise (COE) leaders and third party partners. Plans and directs new initiatives to add or modify functionality and oversees business as usual operations. Ensures systems, data, processes and outsourced services integrate cleanly across Marriott's service delivery system and provide a positive user experience.
This role collaborates with HR Continental leadership, Centers of Expertise, Brands, Change Management, Communications, Training, Information Technology and 3rd Party Partners to provide overall business process management for this area.
Reports to: VP, Global HR Business Process Management
Supervises: Senior Manager, HR Reporting and Manager, Talent Acquisition Reporting
Interfaces with: HR Continental and Market Leadership, Global COE Leadership, Continent and Brand Leadership, Aon Hewitt Domain Leader, Contracts, Information Technology, Finance and Accounting and 3rd party partner vendors.
Specific Candidate Profile
Leadership in a collaborative environment. Ability to build consensus.

years of solid business analysis or program development or support.
Experience directing work with HR outsourcing partner inclusive of managing operations, administering contracts and planning for new work.
Possesses extensive analytic skills to assess HR data, business processes and system capabilities in a highly detailed and meticulous environment.
Demonstrates excellent project management skills. Possesses the ability to plan the work of a business/functional team to meet goals and objectives.
Prefer experience in managing the implementation of large business initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills. Able to assemble, lead, and motivate a business/functional team.
Demonstrated experience in creative and innovative application of technology for business change.
Possesses business process re-engineering experience. Can act as a liaison between the business, HR COEs, and Information Technology organizations.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal), appropriate for working directly with senior business leaders.
Ability to articulate, prioritize, and communicate complex issues and risks to senior management.
Must have extensive personal computer experience with a strong background in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project).
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work tasks in accordance with goals and to make effective use of time in an environment with multiple deadlines and goals.
EDUCATION
BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Management or comparable field of study required. Advanced degree preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
