NETE is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, flexible, organized, and detail oriented Business Process Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Understand the central Federal HR system (Peoplesoft/Oracle) processes and translate its requirements into the transition of the current HR system migration to the Federal central HR system.
Requirements:
Skilled and experienced in business process modeling (BPM), process and risks documentation, training.
Knowledge of HR systems in federal context ideally. Core HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft/Oracle HR ideal.
Identify and analyze core processes and workflows.
Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
Develop business process models and business requirements
Identify issues and risks with current processes; and flag the processes for business process reengineering
Deliver presentations of findings and analysis
Deliver training for new business processes
Use project management documentation tools
5-10 years' experience with business process management
Location: Bethesda, MD.
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a Public Trust Background Security Investigation and many need to meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information. United States Citizens or Permanent Residents only. Local candidates only.
Travel: Less than 25%.
