POSITION IS EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS ELIBIGLE - CATEGORY 5
Job Duties:Scheduling for a multi-site uniformed protective force upwards of 400-plus armed and unarmed security officers. Tracking all officers time on campus and off, filling in leave request or sick leave. Create incident reports and keeping records of call offs and personnel not reporting to work. Manage, update and post staff schedules for all shifts and events to minimize overtime costs. Other duties as assigned;
Basic
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen;
Must be at least 18 years of age;
Must have high school diploma or its equivalent GED;
Bachelor s degree preferred;
Must have supervisory and scheduling experience;
Must pass background investigation, including DMV, criminal and/or credit checks;
Must be able to read, speak and understand English language fluently; and
Must have intermediate written English skills, including ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms.
Must be available for contact 24/7.
Must be able to make decisions quickly and accurately and have good writing skills.
