Position Summary
The Account Manager serves as the primary interface between Europ Assistance USA and the client, managing the affairs of the accounts to mutual benefit. The Account Manager is responsible for the retention and growth for existing mid and large sized national clients. This role Account Manager will work closely with the Sales, Client Services, Accounting, Compliance and the Operations teams. Key to success in this position is the development and maintenance of strong relationships, both within Europ Assistance and with the clients. The position requires occasional travel up to 10-20%.
Position Responsibilities
Account Management
Participate on cross-functional teams to discuss accounts and look for trends or commonalities. Ensure the best interests of both clients and Europ Assistance are being fairly and objectively represented.
Assist with the identification and execution of business strategies that contribute to the success of the key metrics of the position - retention, renewals, utilization/adoption, contractual compliance and opportunities for expansion.
Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers within the organization
Responsible for maintaining and updating client information for all assigned accounts
Maintain in depth knowledge of Europ Assistance and competitors products, services and procedural requirements
Conduct internal training and knowledge sharing sessions onEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
