Primary Responsibilities
Work within a small team environment to develop applications software throughout the software life cycle. Software is developed in-house from conception to deployment.
Utilize technical and mathematical knowledge working with Engineers to translate algorithms into C# code.
Use WPF to build Graphic User Interfaces.
Program within C# to communicate with Oracle and various alternative data sources.
Make decisions regarding design and development of C# programs.
Work on-site with clients and participate in regular meetings with clients and software development team in order to establish requirements, discuss programming options with clients, maintain testing procedures, and communicate project status.
Have the ability to change course and direction of project in order to produce a quality product while meeting dynamic deadlines.
Professional knowledge of
computer
science, policies, theories, principles and concepts to apply to scientific methods and techniques to solve assigned problems.
Professional knowledge of theoretical foundations of computer science
Professional knowledge of computer science and related disciplines to design, develop, and adapt scientific methods and techniques to recommend solutions for computer problems.

Ability to analyze, interpret and apply computer science procedures in a variety of situations and recommend effective solutions to government engineers.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Preferred Degrees:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree Computer Science
Bachelor's or Master's Degree Computer EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
